I love sand castles, to bad I am nowhere near a beach..lol Thank you for the photo. 🙂
We were nowhere near a beach either, where we lived then! It was a special summer trip, and although I’m really not a beach person, it was very lovely. Do you see how there’s a castle on top of the sand mountain? St. Michael’s Mount, a castle on top of an island, is in the background somewhere. I think we were trying to recreate it!

I don’t want to be really boring and say it’s a speck of sand on the camera lens, so I’m going with UFO!
It’s been ages since I last saw good sand for a castle. I really want to go here now.
It’s been some time for us, too! We’ve been to beaches the last two summers and this winter (don’t ask!), and none of them had any really good castle sand. We’ll keep trying!
