Aloe bloom (early).
Aloes produce the most wonderful flowers, and they start their bloom as these odd, pointy protuberances.

Came home from work to this perfect snow silhouette.
I think I came home early from work this night because of the snow; even though it’s only a few inches here, I think it was up to the top of the fence by the morning.

I think I only meant to take a picture of the trees’ shadows, but I ended up in the picture. It’s still kind of pretty, though.
