A few weeks prior, a good friend had been over for a barbecue and brought a few bottles of Becks. Being all smart and everything, we thought, “Hey, let’s put them in the freezer to get them cold right away.”
Yeah.

This is from a trip to the wonderful gardens of Chatsworth House in Derbyshire. The summertime flora on display there is astonishing, but the gem was when this little guy flew right into the picture as I was taking it.
What a happy face for a 2-year-old!
Way back in 2006 Mrs. Satis and Little Satis were away in Pennsylvania, when who should happen to stop by but Thomas the Tank Engine! I’ve rarely seen photos of Little Satis looking quite so overjoyed.
