Chapter One: Return to Erârün

The return to Erârün was long, and quiet. Without the knowledge of the Hochträe’s tongue, Elven was largely left in silence, and in silence he preferred to stay.  He seemed not to have Brandyé’s gift for communication, and found himself mystified by the lyrical and thoroughly incomprehensible language the folk around him kept to themselves. Every so often one of them would attempt to speak to him in his own tongue, but by necessity his answers were always short and succinct, and they would eventually leave him be.

Continuing Work on Book Three

Good morning, readers!

I have some delightful news that I’d like to share with you all today: I’ve been resuming work on the third book in the Redemption of Erâth series, tentatively titled Ancients and Death. I had stopped work after writing about nine chapters last year to focus on the release of History of Erâth and Exile, but in the past few months I’ve picked up where I left off, and progress has been fantastic.

Writing Again – And It Feels Good

In case you’d forgotten, I ought to remind everyone that I do actually write books. I have two (and a half) under my belt, and I was working hard on the third, up until about a year ago. Last summer was primarily taken up by our move to our new house (the first we’ve owned), and although I got a wonderful office set up, I never quite made it back to the third book.
