Sunrise (yes, you heard that right) from the attic window.
I was working feverishly through the night on some project for work, completely oblivious of the time, until this greeted me through the east side of the house. Local time: 6:02 AM. I haven’t seen many more sunrises.
What wonder, to wake up to these fields every morning.
I took quite a few photos of and around our house in September 2010, because it was the last time we were to see the house. Soon after these photos were taken, we moved halfway around the world. I sometimes wonder about that decision.
Into fall, even as the flowers fade, they remain beautiful.
Another of the many beauties from the garden of our house at the time. Summer is ending, and the petals begin to wither, but their colors remain to the very end.
