Owch. Hope no one was hurt! Sadly there are far too many idiots on the road, I hope whoever is responsible for this gets punished accordingly.
Sigh…luckily no one was hurt, though the other party tried to claim seatbelt and airbag-related injuries. It was pretty clear-cut, though; there was a witness who saw them run the red light, the police were on the scene soon enough to see how things had fallen out. There was pretty much no argument with the insurance companies. Punishment? Their premium went up. Yeah, that’s justice.
